Job summary

Nexus Family Healing seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its Onarga, IL location. This full-time, on-site role oversees the clinical team, leads program operations, and ensures trauma-informed care for youth aged 10–20.

Salary starts at $80,000–$88,000 annually, with benefits including licensure support, supervision, and leadership development. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years providing adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or clinical experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet state driving requirements.
• Must successfully pass a DCFS criminal background check.
• Must be able to operate within a trauma-informed residential setting and collaborate with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain operational and clinical program goals and procedures.
• Provide oversight and ongoing monitoring of service delivery in a safe, trauma-informed environment.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based trauma-informed practices in service delivery.
• Maintain census, budgetary and expense management to meet financial goals.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, development and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop assessments and treatment plans.
• Maintain outcome data tracking and reporting; update policy manuals as required.
• Coordinate with accreditation bodies and conduct audits as needed.

Education

Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Licensed Mental Health Professional preferred (LCPC/LCSW)
