Job summary

AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a full-time Day shift healthcare administrator to lead a clinical team. You will foster an inclusive, supportive environment and supervise departmental personnel, coordinating daily operations and workflow across units to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements include a High School Grad or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience, and BLS certification; CMA/CMAC/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA or LPN credentials are accepted.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Multiple CMA/MA certifications accepted or required as listed.

Job Description:

• Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
• Conducts meetings with the clinical team on a regular basis and attends provider meetings.
• Collaborates with the physician regarding appropriate nursing interventions.
• Other duties as assigned.
