Ellie Mental Health in Georgetown, Washington, DC, seeks a DC-licensed Mental Health Supervisor to lead clinical supervision, mentor graduate clinicians, and drive program quality across the Mid-Atlantic. This role combines direct therapy with supervisory duties and team development.

You will guide case conceptualization, risk assessment, and ethical practice while partnering with leadership on clinical standards and program growth across Maryland, DC, and Delaware.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active DC license for independent clinical practice: LCPC, LICSW, or Psychologist.
• Meets DC requirements for clinical supervision.
• Experience in clinical supervision, therapist mentoring, or behavioral health consultation preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical ethics, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to graduate-level clinicians and counseling interns, consistent with licensure requirements.
