The Clinical Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff while helping ensure high‑quality service delivery to children, adolescents, and families. In this role, you will represent Clarvida during interventions, court hearings, and school and community meetings. You will review client charts to ensure accurate treatment plans and quality services are in place, address complaints, resolve problems, and provide direct counseling to an assigned caseload. This position also offers the opportunity to gain leadership experience within the team and requires on‑call availability on a rotating schedule.
The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with flexible shifts of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with no regular weekend work. Occasional evening visits to client homes are required to support staff. The hybrid workday allows for virtual mornings to complete paperwork, with potential opportunities to transition to a more remote setting over time.
