Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Minnesota. You will oversee a team of practitioners, assist with patient caseloads and treatment plans, and supervise your own patients. You will meet with staff, address concerns, and lead training and development for both new and existing staff.

The ideal candidate has strong patient care knowledge, caseload management experience, and excellent interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is preferred.
• Required licensing/certification to perform this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations.
• Demonstratable ability to manage others, including handling scheduling and problem-solving.
