Job summary

TeamBuilders in New Mexico is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services across assigned programs. Under the direct supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer, you will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and coordinate psychosocial services with program managers.

The role requires a NM licensure and at least three years of licensed clinical experience with SED/NBD children or SMI/SUD adults.

Qualifications

• Must have NM licensure in one of MD/DO, PhD, PsyD, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, CNP or RN.
• Minimum of three years of licensed clinician experience with SED/NBD children or SMI/SUD adults.
• Ability to supervise clinical personnel and maintain professional standards of conduct.
• Must be computer literate to document and track client assessments and data.

• Provide clinical supervision, oversight, and program coordination.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment/service planning, and crisis response.
• Deliver individual, group and family therapy; ensure care quality.
• Train and support clinical staff and ensure compliance with BHSD standards.

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer or designee, and in close coordination with program managers and coordinators, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision, oversight, and related administration and coordination duties for assigned programs/catchment area. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor conducts psychosocial assessments, treatment/service planning, crisis response, individual, group and family therapy, and staff training/support as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters, Doctorate, or Medical Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatry, Psychiatric Nursing, or related health field, plus any combination or graduate studies in the above areas.
• New Mexico Independent Licensure in one or more of the following: MD/DO, PhD, PsyD, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, CNP, RN.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as licensed clinician working with SED/NBD children or SMI/SUD adults.
• Ability to develop, organize, plan, and document clinical services; and ability to supervise clinical personnel.
• Ability to maintain professional standards of conduct and effective working relationships with clients, parents, regulatory agencies, and other professionals.
• Must be computer literate in order to effectively maintain compliance with BHSD Standards and requirements for use of computerized client assessments, data systems, etc.
• Must have and maintain current, valid NM Driver’s License. Must also have and maintain clean driving record, as well as auto insurance.
• Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred (English/Spanish).
