Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor at Pyramid Healthcare’s Hammonton, NJ Detox and Residential Treatment Center leads clinical services in alignment with facility standards and program philosophy. You will supervise counselors, review treatment plans, and ensure daily operations support a trauma-informed, person-centered recovery environment.

Requirements include a Master's degree in related field, 2 years of health and human services experience with chemically dependent individuals, and prior supervisory

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years clinical experience in health/human services.
1 year direct work with chemically dependent individuals.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in process/individual/family therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess potential clients for appropriate level of care and diagnose as appropriate.
Assist counselors in the development of treatment plans.
Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consults.
Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and staff as assigned.
Maintain caseload as needed.
Assist facility leadership in developing new programs.
Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.
Ensure clinical program occurs daily as scheduled.
Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and licensing entities.
Other duties as assigned.
Day-to-day supervision and training of clinical department staff.

Summary

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for facilitating and supervision of all clinical services for program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with clinical philosophy of program.

Pyramid Healthcare’s Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ offers a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for men and women seeking meaningful, long-term recovery. With evidence-based treatment and various supportive groups, clients transition to a sober lifestyle in an expansive setting. Our detox program ensures safe, medically-supervised withdrawal from substances in a comfortable, non-hospital environment. The residential rehab program provides variable lengths of stay based on personalized, clinically-driven treatment plans.

Pay

$70,000 depending on licensure

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Assess potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and diagnose as appropriate.
Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans.
Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned.
Maintains caseload as needed.
Assists the facility leadership in developing new programs for the facility.
Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.
Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment.
Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients including crisis intervention.
Ensures clinical program occurs daily as scheduled.
Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Day-to-Day supervision and training of clinical department staff.

Required Qualifications

Education, Licensure, & Experience

Master’s Degree from an accredited college in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services), or a related field. 2 years of clinical experience in a health and human services agency, including 1 year of direct work with chemically dependent individuals.
Preferred experience in facilitating process group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy.
Mental health and treatment planning experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
