Responsibilities

• Supports Principal Investigators and study staff with screening, enrollment, data submission, and trial maintenance.
• Ensures quality source documents and protocol compliance per regulatory standards.
• Monitors eligibility, protocol requirements, data submission, and delinquency rates.
• Oversees reports, deviations, and communication with sponsors and IRB as needed.
• Mentors junior staff, and develops training and SOPs/WPDs for teams.
