Job summary

Smithers PDS LLC in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Study Coordinator I or II to join our team. This role supports the Project Manager and department management by performing study-related activities with supervision, including QC review of data tables and reports.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task across studies. The position offers a hybrid schedule with on-site three days and includes comprehensive health insurance, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in an analytical laboratory; GLP/GCP Immunochemistry environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• QC review data summary tables from Watson LIMS and Excel formats.
• QC review report drafts and finalization.
• Organize and maintain project data for audit or archive.
• QC run folders and notebooks.
• Assist the Project Manager with meeting client deadlines and timelines.
