Job summary

ICON plc is seeking a Clinical Study Specialist for a hybrid role based in Warren, NJ, Armonk, NY, or Cambridge, MA. You will organize reports, coordinate meetings, and manage TMF-related activities to support global clinical studies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of industry experience and strong communication skills. Hybrid office/home based arrangement offered with flexible collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of industry-related experience.
• Experience supporting global trials preferred.
• Experience working in TMF, CTMS, SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and delivers analyzable reports and metrics to the clinical study lead.
• Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and minutes for team meetings.
• Collates data for feasibility and site selection and reviews site usability database.
• Reviews study documents and facilitates document reviews per SOPs.
• Maintains TMF as guided and tracks close-out activities.
