Qualifications

• Monitors and records vital signs and reports changes to registered nurse staff.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Supports admissions, transfers and discharges and documents general therapeutic measures.
• Uses hospital computerized systems according to unit policy.
• Observes patients and reports medication responses and significant occurrences to RN.
• Provides input for plan of care and assists RN in determining healthcare needs.
