Job summary

Faro is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations professional to lead oncology trials within the United States. The role requires 5–7+ years in sponsor company clinical operations, strong knowledge of trials, and ability to read complex protocols. Oncology study experience and familiarity with EDC/IRT/CTMS/ePRO/eCOA/eConsent are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a physical/life science or statistics discipline.
• 5–7+ years of Clinical Operations at a sponsor company in pharma trials.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trials and drug development processes.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex trial protocols and designs.
• Oncology study experience.
• Familiarity with trial technologies: EDC, IRT, CTMS, ePRO, eCOA, eConsent, TMF.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH, GCP, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Excellent cross-functional team collaboration with urgency.
