Job summary

Trusted Health is hiring a Clinical Staffing Recruiter in San Francisco to help place clinicians on travel assignments. You will manage a portfolio of working clinicians, proactively educate and develop relationships, and drive growth with a focus on excellent candidate experience.

The role requires a strong ability to handle 150-200+ candidate touchpoints per day, healthcare staffing experience, and proficiency with modern business software tools.

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role.
• Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Independently source and place clinicians onto travel assignments.
• Independently manage a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians and meaningfully contributing to Trusted growth and revenue targets.
• Utilize independent intake calls daily with new job seekers to identify goals and align opportunities across our marketplace.
• Evaluate a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placement.
• Maintain proficiency in Trusted systems and tools to engage with job seekers, pitch opportunities, and manage end-to-end job search workflows.
• Contribute to team culture and surface feedback to impact growth and success.
• Emergency phone line coverage and one week long shift per year.

What we're looking for:

Trusted is one of the fastest-growing Healthcare staffing businesses in the country on a mission to help more people everywhere get care. We seek to fuel our growth with the addition of a Clinical Staffing Recruiter, known to our working and non-working clinicians as a Nurse Advocate.

A successful Advocate works proactively to educate and develop relationships with clinicians working with Trusted to find their next great career opportunity. The Advocate deeply understands the goals and desires of their clinicians and then identifies and facilitates their placement at opportunities that align with those goals. The Advocate supports their clinicians through their working experiences, independently solving problems and creating opportunities as they arise.

Through this work, the Advocate is the key driver of growth at Trusted, building a portfolio of working clinicians that they manage and maintain by; fostering relationships, advocating and solving problems for their clinicians, and overall delivering an exceptional experience while working at Trusted.

Your responsibilities:

• Independently source and place clinicians onto travel assignments.

• Independently manage a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians and meaningfully contributing to Trusted growth and revenue targets.

• Utilize independent insight and discretion when conducting multiple intake calls daily with new job seekers coming into the Trusted platform. Demonstrate proficiency in gathering detailed information on their goals, desires and constraints in order to identify and pitch them on relevant opportunities across the thousands of jobs that we have within our marketplace.

• Draw from prior experience and exercise judgment to evaluate a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placement.

• Maintain a high level of proficiency in the systems, processes and tools that we use at Trusted to engage with job seekers, identify relevant opportunities, pitch and submit job seekers to new opportunities and manage the end-to-end job search workflows.

• Contribute to the team culture in a positive way and regularly surface feedback in a productive manner that has an impact on the growth and success of the organization.

• Other duties include emergency phone line coverage, 1 week long shift per year .

Successful candidates will:

• Within 30-days, be proficient in the systems, processes and tools that we use at Trusted to engage with job seekers, identify relevant opportunities, pitch and submit job seekers to new opportunities and manage the end-to-end job search workflows.

• Within 60-days, have converted new job seekers into working staff by achieving your minimum placement targets and working staff goals. You will now be managing a portfolio of both new job seekers and your previous converted working clinicians.

• Within 90-days, be meeting target metrics and demonstrating basic proficiency in your role.

You have (required):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role is required

• Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies

You may also have (preferred):

• AA/AS or BA/BS Degree

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role preferred

• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred, charge and/or preceptor experience are a plus

• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting and/or travel experience is a plus!

Compensation:

Trusted reasonably anticipates the salary range for this role to be $65,538-$72,000 annually, plus equity. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position. We are committed to transparency, and any compensation questions will be addressed early in our recruitment process.
