Baptist Memorial Health Care is looking for a pharmacist to provide age-specific pharmaceutical care and contribute to department goals in Germantown, Tennessee. Responsibilities include managing medication orders, supervising healthcare team members, and providing drug information. Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), and one year of hospital pharmacy experience is required. Must have current pharmacy licensure for Tennessee or be eligible to obtain it within 120 days of hire.

Competenze

• One year of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Must possess current, active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure for the appropriate state.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification required.
