Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D. or B.S.) required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the appropriate state; licensure must be obtained within 120 days.
• Basic computer literacy and communication skills.
• ACLS and/or BLS certification or advanced clinical training preferred.

Experience

Education

Minimum Required

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).

Minimum Required

• Current, active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure for appropriate state or eligibility for licensure. Must acquire licensure within 120 days of hire date.
