Enhance Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluation, in a SNF setting.

Strong communication skills and experience with standardized speech/language assessments, swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans are essential to provide high-quality patient care within our multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills; communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members.
• Knowledge and skills to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
