Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Driver responsible for the safe and timely delivery and pickup of specimens and supplies. Shift: 8am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, every other weekend and holidays.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least two years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license. You will follow CLIA/OSHA standards, communicate with dispatch, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• At least two years of driving experience.
• Acceptable driving record according to TridentCare policy.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up specimens per CLIA/OSHA standards and policy.
• Delivers supplies and literature to clients as needed.
• Answers calls in a timely manner.
• Ensures proper stabilization of specimens during transport.
• Notifies supervisor/dispatch of vehicle or equipment problems.
• Operates vehicle safely per policy and state regulations.
• Reports accidents, injuries and safety risks promptly.
• Adheres to TridentCare dress code.
• Meets attendance standards and reports on time.
• Identifies self-improvement needs and seeks coaching.
• Performs other duties, including cleaning of vehicles.
