Formación

• Dental degree with specialization or advanced training.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a dental practice or academic setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of specialty dental procedures, instrumentation, and materials.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Support and Oversight: provide expert support in designated specialty areas and maintain clinical setups.
• Student Instruction and Guidance: assist students during clinical sessions and evaluate performance.
• Specialty Clinic Operations: coordinate clinics and manage appointment flow and referrals.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and conduct safety checks.
• Training and Calibration: participate in calibration sessions and provide onboarding for staff and students.
• Inventory and Equipment Management: monitor and order supplies and maintain equipment.
• Interprofessional and Collaborative Support: liaise between departments to support care.
• Inclusive Excellence and Patient Experience: promote respectful, diverse patient care.
