Haemonetics seeks a Clinical Specialist to cover the Fort Myers/Naples/Sarasota/Bradenton region in Florida. You will engage with physicians and hospitals to demonstrate interventional products, provide case coverage, and serve as the primary clinical resource for troubleshooting and in-service education.

You will educate customers on product developments, link clinical data to messaging, and collaborate daily with the Territory Manager to meet clinical needs and expectations.

The Clinical Specialist will work within the assigned territory ( Fort Myers /Naples Florida/ Sarasota/ Bradenton). The CS will collaborate with the Territory/ Account Manager, Regional Clinical Manager, & Regional Sales Director within a defined geographic area to:

Meet with existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals)

Discuss and demonstrate how the company’s interventional products can help them achieve their goals and meet patient/client needs

By providing case coverage, the Clinical Specialist will contribute to:

Achieving projected sales goals

Collaborate with the Account Manager to provide quality case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients

Serve as the primary clinical resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products

Inform customers on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments by actively engaging in procedural and technical discussions

Demonstrate the ability to link clinical data to key messaging

Meet with existing and potential customers to understand their clinical needs, goals, and constraints, and provide creative and feasible solutions using company products

Collaborate and communicate account and other requested information to the local Account Manager on a daily basis

Share insights on competitive products and account issues/opportunities with the appropriate Territory Manager or Clinical Specialist

Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products

Oversee local education and training activities, including coordination of programs, procedural troubleshooting, and facilitation of staff education

Identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and administrative staff

Support monitoring of product inventory levels

BA/BS or equivalent Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant)Preferred

~ Direct experience in the medical device industry. Strong clinical orientation, with experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery.

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong clinical orientation with the ability to influence a variety of clinician, nurse, and lab tech personality types

Analytical with financial acumen (understanding of how product performance and data impacts a health system’s bottom line)

Ability to maintain professionalism while managing sensitive and confidential matters

Strong knowledge of the medical device market, products, and customer base

Emotional intelligence to manage schedules effectively and efficiently

Hospital administrators and clinical staff

Previous experience with vascular closure and clinical education/training is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office systems

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and/or moderate noise levels

Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials

TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:

~25% travel required (outside terriotry)

~ Daily vehicle travel within assigned territory

85,000.00-$160,000.00/Annual The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job‑knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.

For non-sales roles , employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
