Job summary

Mid-Michigan Recovery Services (MMRS) is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Lansing, MI to deliver comprehensive assessments, counseling, and care coordination for individuals with substance use disorders. You will work within residential and outpatient programs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to support long‑term recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain the CADC credential through MCBAP with an approved development plan.
• One year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders preferred.

Mid-Michigan Recovery Services (MMRS) is looking to hire a Clinical Specialist who wants to make a difference!

As Clinical Specialist within our residential and outpatient treatment programs, you will work collaboratively with clients, multidisciplinary team members, and community partners to deliver person-centered, evidence-based care that supports long-term recovery. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is seeking professional growth.
