Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Oncology Breast Biopsy products. The role can be based in Ohio or Indiana with regular field travel and involves educating clinicians and hospital staff through hands-on case support.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree or BSN, 3–5 years in OR/breast settings, and current credentials. Travel up to 80% with overnight stays is expected; a competitive base salary plus bonus and company car are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Operating Room, breast or surgery centers.
• Current credentialing in the clinical discipline required.
• Advanced knowledge of breast cancer oncology.
• Surgical procedure knowledge highly preferred.

Job description

The Clinical Specialist provides products to customers and potential customers through clinical support and education, supporting a comprehensive Oncology portfolio of Breast Biopsy products.

The role can be based in Ohio or Indiana with regular field travel.

Responsibilities:

• Educates and trains physicians and hospital staff on technical matters relating to Peripheral Intervention products through case support; conducts and/or coordinates one-on-one in-servicing, and/or available internal/external physician education training programs.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals, and physicians; obtains new users and applications for company products and services.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or B.S. in Nursing required; mammography, women's breast health, and mammography certifications required.
• Minimum of 3 - 5years’ experience in the Operating Room, breast and/or surgery centers is required.
• Current credentialing and/or certification in the respective clinical discipline is required.
• Advanced knowledge of breast cancer oncology is required.
• Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to support clinical cases highly preferred.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel required.
