Ideal candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work and relevant experience, alongside strong independent decision-making skills. Qualifications

• Successful completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification required.
• At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor.
• Must maintain current licensure as an LCSW.
