Job summary

Spectrum Human Services in Westland, MI is seeking a Clinical Social Worker/Therapist to support children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, disability, and emotional or behavioral challenges. You will provide direct therapeutic services grounded in empathy and evidence-based practice.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Guidance & Counseling, at least three years of experience, and licensure (LLP, LMSW, LPC, LLPC or similar).

What You Bring

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Guidance & Counseling
• Three years or more of experience in evaluation, assessment, and therapeutic intervention
• Training or experience in CBT, TF‑CBT, and/or substance use disorder counseling
• Professional licensure (LLP, LMSW, LPC, LLPC, or similar)
• Reliable transportation and a valid, unrestricted Michigan driver’s license
• Ability to meet all health and safety requirements (MDHHS clearances, TB test, physical exam)
