Relode seeks a licensed, experienced Therapist to conduct psychosocial assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders. The role requires a Masters in social work and unrestricted licensure, with 3+ years post-graduate experience and at least 1 year treating substance use disorders.

You will provide CBT/DBT/CM and Motivational Interviewing, document in EMR, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care. Flexible hours offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
• Unrestricted licensure for independent clinical practice required.
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience.
• At least 1 year working with patients seeking to change their relationship with alcohol or another substance.
• Training in CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing; trauma-informed approach required.

Aufgaben

• Complete psychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses related to substance use obstacles.
• Provide high-quality clinical care using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed).
• Formulate individualized treatment plans and track progress; input notes into EMR.
• Coordinate care by communicating with the patient’s care team.
