Incumbent is responsible for delivering social services, including psychosocial evaluation and treatment, advocacy, teaching, referrals to community services, and assisting as needed with discharge planning. Participates in case coverage and other necessary support for other social workers in the Department of Clinical Social Work / Care Coordination. Participates in formal and informal teaching, including supervision of social work graduate students and in‑service education for nurses, nursing students, medical residents, fellows, interns, and ancillary staff.
