Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Royal Oak, MI. We support you with credentialing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on delivering high-quality care to clients nationwide.

Independently licensed in Michigan (LMSW preferred) with 30 hours of weekly availability and at least 25 sessions per week. Competitive pay up to $121,200 plus health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and student loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW or equivalent licensed clinical credential.
• Michigan licensure to practice is required.
• Availability for at least 25 sessions weekly and 30 hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth and hybrid care delivery.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build and maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support staff to ensure quality care.
