Thriveworks in Greensboro, NC is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay, paid orientation, PTO, flexible scheduling, credentialing and billing support, health insurance options, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted NC LCSW license and live where services are provided; the role includes potential leadership or supervisory opportunities.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-time sessions in Greensboro, NC.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians in North Carolina who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in:

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters - we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW in North Carolina
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation

Up to $108,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
