Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Assistant Manager for Clinical Site Operations in Maple Grove, MN, to supervise a team supporting US, Canada, and LATAM. You will drive startup, activation, maintenance, and closure of sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality data capture across trials.

You will coach staff, manage performance, and collaborate with Site Management and GCO to meet regional goals while maintaining study timelines and site audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience in clinical research or related functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to achieve CSO goals and timelines.
• Ensure regulatory and protocol compliance for assigned projects.
• Support SOPs and DWIs; participate in process improvements.
