Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Central Coast seeks a Clinical Services Supervisor (LVN) to provide licensed nursing oversight in the Medical department, manage back-office clinical performance, and supervise staff under the Health Center Manager.

This exempt, full-time role focuses on patient flow, quality care, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with care teams to meet productivity and patient satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program and active California LVN license.
• Minimum two years of ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under direct supervision within scope of LVN practice.

Responsibilities

• Participates in patient population management and disease management guidance.
• Prioritizes patient flow and rooming in the clinic to ensure timely care.
• Vaccinations and medication administration within LVN scope.
• Documents care in the medical record and coordinates with the care team.
• Supports QA, infection control, and regulatory compliance activities.
