Job summary

Encompass Medical Group is seeking a Supervisor of Clinic Services (LPN/RN) for the Lee's Summit office. This full-time role supports the Office Manager and clinic staff, handling administrative tasks, payroll data, and coordination with patients and vendors.

The position requires RN/LPN licensure and prior medical management experience. The candidate will ensure smooth daily operations and quality patient care in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license required.
• Previous management experience in medical field preferred.
• Experience working in a clinical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Office Manager with administrative support and payroll data where needed.
• Serve as liaison between staff, patients, vendors, and affiliated facilities.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical and administrative information.
• Attend meetings and assist with monthly reports.
• Oversee medical equipment supply ordering and maintenance.
• Provide information and assistance to patients and disseminate information as directed.
