Trinity Health MI is seeking an Emergency Room Director to provide operations and optimization leadership for a large, cross-functional team in Michigan. You will direct and coordinate complex processes, ensure regulatory readiness, and align actions with the organization’s mission and values.

The role requires RN licensure in the applicable state, a BSN, and MSN within 18 months of hire, plus five years clinical experience with at least three years in progressive management in an acute care

  • BSN required; MSN degree from an accredited school of nursing required within 18 months of hire.
  • Five years of direct clinical experience with three years of progressive management/leadership in an acute care environment.

What the Emergency Room Director will need:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
  • BSN Required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing required within 18 months of hire.
  • Leadership experience or other experience / licensure / certifications aligned with area of responsibility and assignment.
  • Five years of direct clinical experience in the service lines involved with 3 years progressive management/leadership experience in an acute care environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
