ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Clinical Scientist to design and conduct clinical studies that advance our understanding of new therapies, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure rigorous study execution and data integrity. You will lead protocol design, data analysis, and reporting, contribute to regulatory submissions, and communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.

Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Experience in clinical research or a related scientific role, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%)
