You will partner with Medical Directors, author pivotal study documents, and work across teams to ensure safety, data integrity, and program success in a fast-growing science-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate early- and late-phase clinical studies.
• Partner with Medical Directors to deliver scientific expertise for study and program design.
• Contribute to program team meetings, advisory boards, steering committees, and safety monitoring meetings.
• Develop deep understanding of disease area, drug mechanism, and competitive landscape.
• Author and review protocol sections, monitoring plans, SAPs, informed consent, and CSR components.
• Review clinical and safety data to protect patient safety and ensure data integrity.
• Identify study risks and propose mitigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to uphold study quality and compliance.
