Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Science to advance radiopharmaceutical oncology programs. You will collaborate with clinical development, oversee study startup/execution, data analysis, and support NDA/MAA filings, contributing to trial design and regulatory documentation.

Ideal candidates have PharmD or PhD, 6–8+ years in drug development, and 5+ years in clinical research or pharmacology, with robust regulatory knowledge

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD preferred and relevant drug development experience.
• 6+ years of drug development experience with an MS.
• 8+ years of drug development experience with a BS in Biological Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical research or clinical pharmacology in biotech/pharma or CRO.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and utilizes knowledge of clinical trial design to develop study concepts and protocols.
• Collaborates on protocol review, study manuals, and Investigator materials.
• Prepares CRFs, Data Management Manuals, and Data Analysis Plans with supervision.
• Supports INDs, regulatory documents, and NDA/MAA filings.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and may coordinate teams on strategic initiatives.
• Leverages AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.
