Takeda in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Medical Director, Clinical Science, GI2 TAU to lead clinical strategy and development activities for GI programs. The role blends leadership of cross‑functional teams with a strong focus on study design, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor.

You will oversee protocol development, study execution, safety monitoring, and external interactions with key opinion leaders, while navigating a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• MD or internationally recognized equivalent plus 3 years of clinical research experience in pharma/CRO/biomedical setting.
• Subspecialty in Immunology preferred.
• Phase 3 Clinical Trial experience preferred.
• Previous experience leading matrix teams preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represents Clinical Science on Project or Clinical Teams and may serve as the Clinical Science leader on these teams.
• Supports the Global Project Team to ensure alignment with global strategy.
• Contributes to the Clinical Development Plan and leads protocol development and regulatory submissions.
