Clinical Sales Specialist

Dexter is dedicated to supporting the clinical adoption and utilization of its robotic surgery platform across hospitals. Working closely with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare teams, the company focuses on delivering clinical support, training, customer satisfaction, and the successful implementation of Dexter procedures.

The Clinical Specialist will drive utilization of Dexter procedures within the assigned territory and support the achievement of targeted surgery usage. Responsibilities include training surgeons and OR staff, providing clinical support before, during, and after procedures, identifying customer needs, supporting implementation and commissioning activities, communicating the clinical benefits of Dexter, and developing surgeon and KOL networks.

Key Requirements

• Completed professional training in healthcare (nurse, anaesthetist, or similar).
• At least 3 years of operating theatre experience or experience as a Clinical Sales or Clinical Specialist.
• Knowledge of General Surgery, Gynaecology, and Urology preferred.
• Fluent French and English; strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to travel.
