POSITION SUMMARY

The Patient Experience Manager (PEM) is responsible for guiding patients through their full care journey, ensuring a seamless, informed, and empowering experience from onboarding through ongoing treatment.

This role plays a critical part in delivering a consistent, high‑quality patient experience by combining patient education, program coordination, and relationship management to support long‑term engagement and outcomes.

The PEM ensures every patient feels confident, supported, and connected throughout their care journey.
