Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in patient safety, quality, compliance, or related clinical practice.
• 4 years of risk management experience required.
• Clinical licensure required (e.g., RN, NP, PA, PharmD).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multiple functional workstreams to identify risks.
