Your day to day as a Clinical Risk Coordinator

The Clinical Risk Coordinator at VillageCare plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Clinical Risk department. This position involves scheduling RN Assessor visits to members, creating comprehensive schedules, reports, and documentation that assist Supervisors in their roles, along with providing essential office support to the team. The coordinator will engage with members over the phone to arrange RN appointments, showcasing a strong commitment to Service Excellence and fostering a positive experience for clients. Responsibilities also include entering scheduling data and keeping accurate and up‑to‑date schedules through Outlook, as well as maintaining staff and client information in the database. Additionally, the Clinical Risk Coordinator will oversee staff and client statistics, conduct audits for the timely submission of RN paperwork, and fulfill other job‑related duties as assigned, making this an exciting opportunity to impact health care directly.

What You Need To Be Successful

To be successful as a Clinical Risk Coordinator at VillageCare, candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of healthcare experience, ideally in a support or coordination role.
