Sleep Centers LLC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist/NP & PA Extender to split time between Nashville and Clarksville locations. This full-time, in-office role supports NP/PA providers, handles sleep-history documentation, and ensures proper orders and chart entries.

You will assist with PAP therapy setup, patient education, and DME workflows. The position requires CRT/RRT license and clinical experience; travel between campuses is expected, with HIPAA and regulatory compliance essential in

• CRT/RRT license required.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• In-office, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Support NP/PA Extender to facilitate clinic schedule.
• Document patient sleep history and medical background.
• Coordinate orders (sleep study, DME) and charting.
• Assist with PAP therapy setup and patient education.
• Enter patient demographics and diagnoses into DME software.
• Manage equipment and inventory, including loaner devices.
• Maintain HIPAA and safety standards.
• Ensure timely patient communications (within 24 hours).
