Lillington Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lillington, NC is seeking an RN/LPN Clinical Resource Nurse to lead and support our nursing team. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, resident-centered care and help residents regain maximum independence.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, administering medications, updating care plans, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifikationen

• Active nursing licenses in North Carolina (LPN or RN) required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per resident's plan of care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation and reduce anxiety.
• Observe vital signs and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain nursing records and care plans for continuity of care.
• Monitor emotional stability and prepare patients for discharge.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure exceptional resident care.
