This is a full-time Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM position with no call or weekends required, but must be flexible to the needs of the department.As a Clinical Resource Nurse, Operating Room Educator, you will organize department education for 130+ people on a weekly basis and follow orientees through the orientation process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing direct, constructive feedback, communicates openly, and is not afraid to speak up when needed. They possess excellent organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills, work independently, and take initiative in planning and prioritizing responsibilities.
