Job summary

Saint Luke's is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to assist in planning, directing, and coordinating day-to-day operations of a patient care unit. The RN will provide clinical leadership, maintain departmental records, and support staff development.

The role includes 50% OR staffing and on-call duties, with a BSN required and a 7:00 am to 3:15 pm, Monday–Friday schedule. The RN will serve as a resource and role model, focusing on leadership, scheduling, and project coordination while maintaining

Qualifications

• BSN required for this position.
• 1 year of applicable nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Registered Nurse license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Staff in operating room cases for 50% of the time.
• Provide dedicated office time and coordinate scheduling.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor staff.

The Clinical Resource Nurse assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects.

This RN will staff in OR cases 50% of the time with dedicated office time. This RN will also be responsible for call shifts.

This position requires a BSN. This position is scheduled 7 am until 3:15 pm Monday-Friday.
