The VIOS Clinic in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to serve as an expert clinician, educator, and mentor for high-acuity inpatient units. You will provide real-time clinical guidance to bedside nurses and support orientation and ongoing competency among nursing staff.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and advance quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across units.
