Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Oxford, MS is seeking an RN to provide direct and indirect patient care across the care setting. You will collaborate with physicians, leadership, and a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes, applying critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care.

You will educate patients and families, prioritize care, and participate in ongoing lifelong learning while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS specialty certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patient appropriately based on medical condition and plan care.
• Administers medications as prescribed and maintains medication knowledge.
• Provides age-appropriate care and basic self-care support.
• Educates patient and family with a teaching plan and evaluates learning outcomes.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient care.
• Assists physicians with procedures and technical tasks as needed.
• Addresses psychosocial needs and coordinates post-discharge planning.
