Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years related experience or an Associate's degree with 1 year experience.
• Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field or 3 years of college with 2 years of research experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication; strong professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting clinical research studies following protocols and SOPs.
• Identify and recruit subjects; screen, consent, and collect data per protocol.
• Coordinate procedures, manage study data and regulatory documents; support audits.
• Assist with literature reviews, grant preparation, and other study support.
