Job summary

DelRicht Research in the United States is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Team Lead to guide startup activities across our growing site network. You will combine clinical expertise, project management, and quality oversight to activate studies quickly and enroll patients efficiently.

You will lead coordinators, set goals, and partner with sponsors and CROs to ensure timelines and deliverables. A strong emphasis on process, training, and compliance drives success.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a healthcare project management role.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience coaching, training, or providing day-to-day leadership to other team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems, and escalate appropriately.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup activities to position DelRicht to activate sites and begin screening quickly.
• Establish and communicate accurate activation timelines and maintain detailed project plans.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance management for coordinators.
• Represent DelRicht professionally in client interactions and manage sponsor expectations.
• Ensure startup resources align with protocol and client materials; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and enable smooth study execution.
