Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a senior Clinical Research Coordinator Lead to manage multiple studies, mentor coordinators, and ensure protocol adherence across departments. You will work with physicians and study teams to advance research goals in a collaborative environment.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel to national sites and investigator meetings. A CCRP/CCRC and Epic experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of direct work-related experience in a research setting.
• CCRP/CCRC Certification, or equivalent certification, preferred.
• Experience: leadership ability and ability to work independently with little direction; supervisory experience a plus; Epic experience a plus.

Performs diverse duties requiring analysis, sound judgment and a high level of knowledge of specific protocols. Maintains interdisciplinary relationship with participating physicians and clinical departments.
