Role Overview • Coordinate and perform research-related activities in clinic to ensure all required study related data is collected and reviewed to ensure compliance with research guidelines. • Communicate with attending physicians, administrative staff, clinical trial nurses to ensure all required data is collected appropriately from research participants. • Facilitate informed consent and re-consent visits for therapeutic and non-therapeutic clinical trials, including electronic and in-person consent workflows. • Assist with timely and accurate data entry, review, and reconciliation in clinical research systems (e.g., CTMS, Epic, and etc), as applicable. Additional Information • Location: Commack, NY • Schedule: This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday. Standard hours are 9 AM to 5 PM; however, flexibility is required 1–2 days per week to accommodate an adjusted schedule of either 8 AM to 4 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM based on clinic needs.
