Clinical Research Site Development Manager / Senior CRC
Sterling Clinical Research – Central Florida
Sterling Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Site Development Manager / Senior CRC to help grow and manage our expanding clinical research operation.
KEY REQUIREMENT: EXPERIENCE SECURING CLINICAL TRIALS
This is not a traditional CRC position.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience identifying, pursuing, and securing clinical trials from sponsors, pharmaceutical/biotech companies, and CROs.
The ideal candidate understands the full clinical research lifecycle—from study acquisition and feasibility through budget negotiation, site start-up, enrollment, study execution, and closeout.
You Will Have Dedicated Support
You will not be expected to do everything alone.
This position will have a dedicated Assistant CRC to assist with patient scheduling, study coordination, documentation, regulatory tasks, and other day-to-day research activities.
This allows you to focus more heavily on higher-level responsibilities, including bringing new trials to the site, developing sponsor/CRO relationships, negotiating budgets, managing study start-up, and overseeing successful trial execution.
Sterling Clinical Research has something many growing research sites spend years trying to develop:
Our goal is to continue building Sterling Clinical Research into a premier clinical research site in Central Florida.
We already have the infrastructure and patient population. We need an experienced research professional who knows how to turn those capabilities into clinical trial opportunities.
